Participatory Interactive Installation

20cm x 20cm

Transparent resin blocks encapsulate fleeting moments of food, each solidifying a pivotal instant in culinary transformation. From Kung Pao chicken and Japanese sushi rolls to Greek kebabs, these frozen fragments vividly illustrate how food is transformed, adapted, and reshaped within Melbourne's multicultural landscape. This installation provokes reflection: how do taste and design converge to forge a cultural resonance that fosters belonging?
